Collaborate with various technical stakeholders within Customer teams in order to support solution development, scoping and requirements elaboration, development estimations and Customer guidance.Analyze digital business requirements and determine system architecture and integration approaches.Provide technical support to customers.Be the point of contact for any technical queries on Infinity tools & technologies.Understand and evaluate existing infrastructure, systems, and web services.Participate/lead in technical discussions with Customer project teams, 3rd party vendors wherever applicable.Recommend coding best practices and share any best practices documentation with the Customer.Communicate with other Temenos Infinity team members, including product teams, about any requests received from Customer.Optimize end-to-end performance of the apps developed on the Infinity platform.Ensure performance definition and management on the Infinity platform.Guide Customer teams on solution deployment.Provide, as per Customer request, functional and technical documents in a mutually agreed format and timeframe, including a product backlog after a discovery phase of every new application.Technical skills:Experience working with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.Excellent knowledge in Mobile and Web Application using Kony frameworks.Expertise in Kony Quantum Visualizer, Kony Fabric and Kony DBX.Experience in web technologies and frameworks: J2EE, MVC.Sound knowledge of web services (RESTful and SOAP).Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).Soft Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of bringing others onboard.Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills.Excellent client handling and front-ending skills.
