We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Influencer Outreach Manager**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Outreach Lead Finders**: Lead and mentor a team of Outreach Lead Finders, ensuring top performance and motivation.
- **Secure Competitive Pricing**: Skillfully negotiate and secure the best pricing for our campaigns.
- **Database Integration**: Seamlessly incorporate managers and agencies into our database for streamlined operations.
- **Prompt Lead Response**: Respond promptly to outreach leads during work hours, ensuring timely communication.
- **Executive Reports**: Compile and present daily Executive Team reports on new leads and progress.
- **Oversee Live Leads**: Monitor and manage Lead Organizer's live leads for optimal outcomes.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Establish daily Text/Whatsapp chats with the Campaigns team for effective communication.
- **Roster Management**: Maintain accurate, categorized rosters with key creator and client information.
- **Viral Trends Distribution**: Identify and distribute 10 viral sound trends to lead finders daily to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Strategic Participation**: Actively participate in weekly executive strategy calls to drive company objectives.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Keep a vigilant eye on new trends and ensure our team leads the charge in lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient with iPhone.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
