We've delivered more than 50,000 personalised experiences in over 60 cities and we've only just begun.As a Creator Program Support you will be an essential member of our Creator Program team and its growth efforts as the business looks towards its next period of significant growth.
You will have a good understanding of the influencer and creator landscape as it relates to social media and other digital channels.
You are a capable, friendly and comfortable communicator with a high level fluency of the English language.
As a target driven individual, building rapport is second nature to you.As someone who has deep knowledge of City Unscripted values and mission, at all times, you will iterate on strategies to ensure there is no compromise to authenticity whilst systematically building City Unscripted's presence in the creator landscape.
**Responsibilities; **- Identify and outreach to target influencers and creators suitable for the Creator Program.- Build relationships with top-tier and rising stars in the influencer community to improve eventual conversion rates.- Use internal research and communication tools to aid your process and allow others to contribute to your work.- Build efficient systems which enable wider business support on outreach and onboarding.- Seek out opportunities for new Creators and those already sourced to grow the program.- Continuously incentivise content creation that highlights the brand and products through creative campaign concepting and delivery.- Analyse recruitment performance, focusing on ROI and unit economics and report back to line management.
**Key skills; **- Exceptional English proficiency coupled with excellent writing skills.- You know social media inside & out and know the best ways to reach out to influencers and begin the conversations.- You have a creative outlook and know how to create influencer content that really works - stuff the world wants to see.- You are tenacious and target driven, wanting to maximise the influencer pool and quality that you work with.- You can write clear briefs, and communicate with influencers from micro to celeb.- You have a deep familiarity with the influencers landscape, including recommending / booking talent.- Ability to strategically recommend growth initiatives to provide breakthrough programs leveraging influencers- Ability to think globally/regionally, with a focus on the USA as a source market.- You're comfortable and experienced with large brands and large-scale activations.- You're comfortable owning an organic role where no two days are the same
