**What You'll Do**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand values and message.
- Create engaging, innovative content for social media channels, including photos, videos, and live broadcasts.
- Be the face of the brand on social media, confidently and effectively communicating with the audience through regular posts, stories, and live interactions.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of social media initiatives and influencer campaigns, using data to drive future strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
- Manage social media budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms, fostering a positive community and addressing any customer service issues promptly.
**What You Need**:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make content and be comfortable in front of the camera. **(Is a must)**:
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and understanding of key metrics.
- Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
**Salary & Benefits**:

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
