They're seeking an extrovert individual to join as anIf you're driven to make a significant impact and be part of something monumental, this role is beckoning.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.**What You'll Do**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand values and message.- Create engaging, innovative content for social media channels, including photos, videos, and live broadcasts.- Be the face of the brand on social media, confidently and effectively communicating with the audience through regular posts, stories, and live interactions.- Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of social media initiatives and influencer campaigns, using data to drive future strategy.- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.- Manage social media budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.- Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms, fostering a positive community and addressing any customer service issues promptly.**What You Need**:- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the CPG industry.- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to make content and be comfortable in front of the camera. **(Is a must)**:- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and understanding of key metrics.- Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.- Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) is a plus.**Salary & Benefits**:- Competitive salary.- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.- Work from home.- Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.- Additional perks and benefits.
