The Info Sec Tech Lead Analyst is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic Information Security (IS) plans, aligning business needs and goals with IS program requirementsCoordinate with leadership to achieve IS program goals, and define the IS team service engagement modelEnsure security compliance, educate staff and leadership on IS value, and address non-compliance issuesConduct cost-benefit analysis to advocate for IS investment to mitigate risks, and coordinate with teams to resolve IS issuesDetermine Information Security Officer training needs and requirements and provide appropriate materials and training opportunitiesConduct periodic quality assurance reviews to identify areas of improvement and monitor Corrective Action Plans and remediation effortsOversee end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribute to the future strategy of the areaAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Support the Business Functions and Technology strategic Initiatives implementationWork with business functions and technology units on Information Security risk assessment and risk management processesProvide strategic risk guidance for business and technology projects, including the recommendation of security controlsParticipate in the evaluation and selection of applications and systems with specific focus on IS implicationsQualifications:10+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to take ownership and follow up on issuesDemonstrated ability to work in a team and to work well under pressureAdvanced analytical and problem solving skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and proceduresDemonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environmentAdditional technical certifications preferredSound understanding of Information security domains such as Identity access management, Cryptography, Data protection, Vulnerability Assessment, Audit Logging/Monitoring, etc.Ability to manage multiple activities and changing prioritiesAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesSelf-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quicklyEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferredAdvance EnglishJob Family Group: TechnologyJob Family:Information SecurityTime Type:Full time
