.We are looking for an **Information Architect** to join our team.*Your responsibilities (including but not limiting): *- Identify user requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, behaviors, objectives, and working methods.- Define hierarchies of information and content flow to establish User Journeys.- Define and create taxonomies by using CMS features or Ontology Management Systems like Protege and PoolParty.- Ability on conceptualizing by creating wireframes, or working on hi-fi designs.- Use of design system libraries to create UI components and layouts.- Understand how users consume content inside Content Management Platforms and clearly articulates how to improve this consumption.- Gather any existing data and review it along with new data obtained from discovery sessions with stakeholders and users.- In charge of supporting the definition of an SEO and content strategy.- Plan and design the information architecture by translating user behavior and business rules into media structures, craft interactive experiences, and produce diagrams and other materials to support the creation of templates, content preparation guidelines, and workflow processes.- Prepare prototypes and mockups including page layout and navigational elements and coordinating with the Design and Development teams to align the vision and understand any technical limitations.- Define Research Strategies to requirement gathering by using qualitative and quantitative methods.**We are looking for someone with**:- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Graphic Design.- 2+ years of proven work experience as an Information Architect preferably in the Information Technology sector.- Experience with Excel, mind mapping software, diagram software (such as Lucidchart).- Experience with Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Matomo.- Experience with A/B Testing to validate design ideas from conceptualization to early design phases.- Previous participation in User research and User-Centered Design engagements.- Background using consulting and visual frameworks such as two-by-two charts, SWOT analysis, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, affinity diagrams, etc.- Experience preparing and facilitating sessions using nominal group techniques.- Strong research techniques to define the requirements with the Business Analysis team prepare Technical and Discovery Workshops with the clients, to understand the content and structure of the information deliverable.**Characteristics**- **Organized**: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- **Analytical Mind**:- Big picture thinking- Critical decision-making skills- Problem-solving- **Effective communication**:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- **Relationship Building**:- Own and develop a relationship with partners.- Charismatic, bright, and with a "can-do" mentality
