Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo's digital transformation!**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**The Global Security Training and Awareness Associate Analyst is responsible for executing some of the Information Security education and awareness program within Information Security. They will beassigned ownership of tasks within the program, such as phishing simulations, the Global Annual training, awareness campaigns, social media, or new programs to be developed. Ownership of the taskincludes the planning and execution of the activity as well as partnering with key stakeholders such as Business Information Security Officers, Legal, HR, and Communications**Main activities**:- Execute against yearly objectives and plans for the Security Training & Awareness Program.- Ensure that the security awareness program communicates security policies and requirements so that people know, understand, and follow them.- Create positive initiatives that engage employees, including focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work.- Design and execute awareness and training program that includes a variety of formats for all in- scope associates (video, digital signs, posters, hands-on activities, etc.)- Partner with global sector leads, policy team, and incident response team in developing training topics.- Produce meaningful, measured metrics in regards to the Security Awareness Program- Plan, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, goals, and milestones- Recognize opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to implement changesQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other STEM equivalent required.- 1 - 2 years with the following experiences: security awareness, training and development, and management with multinational teams globally.- 1 years with analysis of data and metrics captured within the security awareness and training programs
