What You'll DoBusiness Systems Integration: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of information systems that align with business processes, ensuring seamless integration between technology and operations.Strategic Technology Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to ensure that technology solutions support business objectives, improving operational efficiency and decision-making.Data Management, Analytics, and Compliance: Oversee data governance and business intelligence tools, ensuring data integrity and availability to support actionable insights while maintaining compliance requirements.Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and use information systems to create streamlined workflows that improve productivity and reduce operational costs.Technology Leadership: Guide the IT team in maintaining the infrastructure necessary to support integrated systems, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to implement and manage enterprise solutions such as CRM, ERP, and other business-critical applications.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems analysts, developers, and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between technology and business goals.What You NeedBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of experience in information systems management, business systems analysis, or a similar role focused on aligning technology with business needs.Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and how integrated systems can improve decision-making, reduce inefficiencies, and drive growth.Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate across departments to implement systems that impact business performance.Experience in cross-functional projects is essential.Proven track record of working out of a PSA (Professional Service Automation) system for time management and ROI analysis of system improvements.Knowledge of business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and how they support operational goals.Working knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) software.Experience with data management, governance, and analytics platforms.Familiarity with IT infrastructure, with an emphasis on its role in supporting broader business systems.Desired Certifications/Knowledge:Lean/Six SigmaDesign ThinkingITIL FrameworkBusiness Process Reengineering (BPR)Salary & PerksCompetitive salary.This is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - CST.Additional perks.
