**Education**:
- Project Management
**Experience**:
- Professional qualification, with strong, commercial focus.
- 15 years experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
- Process improvement and re-engineering experience
**Knowledge**:
- Strong project management skills with proven results showing ability to influence work with cross functional teams and pull together disparate resources into a high performing team.
- Excellent systems acumen, preferably with Oracle, Agile, Shop Floor, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) or Quality systems experience.
- Proven record in identification and delivery of business process improvement or in "hands on" consultancy environment.
- Strong experience or exposure to key business functions, preferably in an international or complex business environment.
**Skills**:
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate teams by example and advise and coach team members.
- Needs an appreciation of the need for good customer focus and excellent communication & report writing abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- This leadership role will be responsible for leading one or more portfolios with the IT global business services team.
Portfolios will range in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions.
You will be expected to work closely with business leadership and become the trusted advisor in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution, in effect, acting as CIO for the portfolio.
You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to create a portfolio road map of improvement efforts that deliver significant value to the corporation and then manage successful execution of all approved and agreed projects.
You will also be working closely with both business & leadership team to articulate portfolio goals, prioritize projects and regularly report progress and status.
