8-10 years' experience within a similar IT management function.

4 years within an international company, preferably stock market based.
Language knowledge: English, Spanish.
Proven (people) management skills.
Flexibility and ingenuity, sharp mental skills.
Strategy acumen, the ability to design and defend.
Maturity to partner with and provide counsel to senior leaders.
Ability and desire to learn and evolve his or her skills.
Responsible, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Result-oriented, self-starting, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Team working and collaboration attitude.
Strong customer service orientation ("Customer comes first" mindset).
Stress resistant, flexible.
ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certified is a plus.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM working methodologies is a plus.
Highly organized, transparent and strong follow-up skills.
Willing to work in a demanding international environment and flexibility to travel for international projects.
