**Job Description: Information Technology Specialist**:The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for providing support to all staff by identifying, clarifying, analyzing, and producing solutions to IT problems. They will provision access and manage licenses for all users of Evernest technology platforms, maintain, develop, and improve systems, and provide analysis of internal information technology systems. The IT Specialist will identify problems and use sound judgment to generate alternatives and make recommendations, examine and approve technical documentation for internal IT systems, and stay up-to-date with new developments and solutions in computer technology and Evernest technology platforms.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide support to all staff by identifying, clarifying, analyzing, and producing solutions to IT problems- Provision access and manage licenses for all users of Evernest technology platforms- Maintain, develop, and improve systems- Provide analysis of internal information technology systems- Identify problems and use sound judgment to generate alternatives and make recommendations- Examine and approve technical documentation for internal IT systems- Stay up-to-date with new developments and solutions in computer technology and Evernest technology platforms- Set up project deadlines, program priorities, and necessities for completion of work plans- Identify technology security risks and provide recommendations and implement new plans and measures to ensure all Evernest platforms are secure- Carry out other relevant duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Experience with Evernest technology platforms preferred- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking- Ability to stay up-to-date with new developments and solutions in computer technology and Evernest technology platforms- Experience with project management and setting up project deadlines, program priorities, and necessities for completion of work plans- Knowledge of technology security risks and ability to provide recommendations and implement new plans and measures to ensure all Evernest platforms are secureind123
