We integrate our standard products into custom systems for various assembly functions to accommodate our customers in automotive, appliance, aerospace, medical, and other industries.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking an IT Support Specialist located in Arteaga, Coahuila.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:- **User Support**:_Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Respond to IT support requests promptly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to their workflow.- **IT Ticket Management**:_Monitor and manage IT-related tickets through JIRA or a similar ticketing system. Document all incidents, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of issues.- **Hardware and Software Management**:_Maintain an inventory of IT assets and create purchase requisitions.
