Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner, Ellipse Solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to upkeep and improve Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure for internal use and for the global customer base using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Teams, Office 365 and other related solutions. We take pride in being on the edge of technological advancements yet balance it with timely and efficient delivery as both a service provider and a software products company.**Requirements**:- Hands-on experience in provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the system hardware and software, and related infrastructure is required.- Prior exposure to Microsoft Azure technologies and products, including Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365, and SharePoint is a big plus.- Fundamental understanding of relational databases and basic DBA skills, specifically for Microsoft SQL Server is beneficial.- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields is preferred.- Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.**Responsibilities**:- Maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint, and other related tools.- Working with internal infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the software and hardware components.- Administration of Power Platform for the development of business solutions.- Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues reported by customers and internal personnel.- Management of licensing and subscriptions policies for Microsoft products and services.- Participation in continuous education including obtaining Microsoft products and technology certifications identified by the company.**Additional Information**:- This is a permanent full-time position at our office in Monterrey, Mexico.- Ellipse Solutions is an employee centric, international firm with offices in US, Europe, and Mexico and consistent growth history since inception in 1995.- Recognized numerous times as one of the Best Places to Work.- Average employee tenure is well over 6 years.- Strong teamwork, collaboration and camaraderie are the staples of our organization.
