The Infrastructure Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.
The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting and analysis
- Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing
- Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts
- Execute project plan task
- Participate in control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.)
and make recommendations for enhancements
- Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar/related experiences; recommend and implement solutions
- Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
**Education**:
- High School Diploma / Equivalent, or Higher Degree in computer systems, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineer, or informatics.
Experience in Data Center environment is a plus.

**Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI)** is responsible for providing technical support and delivery to internal Citi businesses on a global & regional basis.
**CTI Mexico **is responsible to provide first in class infrastructure services and support for Mexico Business Lines, and approximate of 50,000 CTI Customers (Including GCB, ICG and Enterprise O&T).
**DCO Site Management** is responsible for managing, tracking and coordinating all activity within the data center facilities on a 24 x 7 basis.
Management of all business as usual activity (BAU), project activity, including all hardware installs, upgrades, and break/fix trouble related activity.
Responsible for managing and controlling all the data center floor activity relative to the acceptance, placement, and installation of hardware on the processing floor.
Manage and control the interface with Citi Security and Investigation Services (CSIS) for management decisions related to processing floor access.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Installing/de-installing/relocating all distributed systems, network and all Data Center hardware.
(servers, enclosures, standalone, routers, switches, encryptors, firewalls, etc.)
- Installing/extending/relocating all carrier circuits to the network hardware.
- Installing/de-installing/relocating all patch panels and cabling for systems and network hardware, using structuring cabling.
This activity is executed with excellent quality and with previous site surveys and measurements; additionally, labeling is performed for each single fiber or copper, using plastic pallets and standard labels.
Fibers and Copper Trunks, are also installed.
- Assist with any on site validation for hardware, network, names, or ports, with an approved ticket.
- Managing network ports and assist with all consumable capacities.
(cables, labels, rail kits, Trks, patch panels, etc.).
- Maintaining the integrity of the data center facilities, systems, and communications environments through general housekeeping practices, walk-throughs, and best operations practices.
- Classify, clean, control, and have everything in order inside our Burn In Room and Component Room.
- Provide hands-on, break/fix level 2 support for the data center systems and communications environments on a 7x24 basis.
- Answer and validate all incoming calls to our hot-line for Data Center Access and break-fix reports.
