**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in Information Technology is a must.
- Advanced English Level is required to drive and support solutions worldwide.
- 1+ years of experience with a CCNA with strong network architecting, supporting and troubleshooting** **layer 2 and 3 knowledge required.
- 1+ years of experience in Linux administration, support, and troubleshooting skillsets.
- 1+ years of experience in scripting skillset to automate switch configurations, system configurations using **Ansible** or other scripting languages (Shell and Python).
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions like Nagios.
- Elasticsearch (Metrics database) and Kibana / Grafana (Visualization for monitoring)
- Prometheus and SNMP exporter configuration.
- NetFlow for network monitoring.
- Knowledge in security and vulnerability remediation (CVE)
- Automation skillsets (PowerShell, YAML)
- Server configuration and administration experience.
