What You Will DoProvide guidance to consultants with less experience in order to achieve set goals- Help with the implementation of different projects on the scope- Address the infrastructure and Cloud platforms according customer needs.- Develop effective and efficient solutions that provide desired performance- Coordinate the workflow among Cloud teams, users, and yourself- Analyze and fix existing code base to address new requirements- In this role, you will participate in the customer enterprise development by helping make our solutions both practical and workable for customer businesses.- You'll lead the on-site implementation of Red Hat's technologies.- Experiences in Openshift, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Ansible Automation Platform.- You'll work to gain an understanding of the infrastructure and business needs of our customers, make recommendations that will lead to the resolution of their problems, and help them make strategic decisions.-
- Collaborate with other support engineers and other internal teams and external parties during the problem resolution process.- Outstanding troubleshooting skills and passion for problem solving and investigation
What You Will Bring3+ years of experience as a Cloud or Infrastructure consultant- Experience working as a support or development engineer for a Platform-as-a-Service provider or hosting service- 5+ years of experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems- Proficient with Kubernetes internal architecture and sound knowledge of container technologies and the tools and challenges around them- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift configuration, implementation, and support.- Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.- Experience with software containers and with implementing software containers- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Observer- English proficiency; upper intermediate-advanced verbal, written, and reading- Knowledge in Automation tools as Ansible Automation Platform.- Ability to work in a high-performance and dynamic environment
