This includes intake and vetting of new requirements, periodic reporting and execution of improvement plans for performance, compliance, optimization, and financial aspects of delivering hosting services. The role also performs incident and problem management, including directing break-fix support; assures customers are receiving the appropriate assistance and that the service-level objectives are achieved or exceeded.This role also may lead IT efforts supporting the business or plays a coordinating role where global IT projects may require cross-functional participation from the business. Is responsible for ensuring the quality delivery and support of infrastructure and ensures adherence to enterprise asset management. The role is responsible for fostering a positive collaborative team environment and must set an example for quality, service-oriented customer communication. This position is a technical and analytical position and uses overall management practices to lead the matrixed technology platform support personnel
