This is an Infrastructure Manager DBA Systems administration position to support the Distributed organization. Provide L3/SME support for DBA platforms covering Oracle DB systems and MSSQL systems.**Key Responsibilities**:- Document and maintain the validation process for VTM, escalation of End of Life, VTM, Green Zones to app teams- Create and seek ALL Change Request customer approvals for VTM remediation- Define and document process for DB Installs/upgrades for operation readiness- Define and document process for OS Installs/upgrades for operation readiness- Document and maintain the validation process for installs and upgrades- Interact with Network/Storage/DC teams for new DB/OS Instances builds- Perform DB/OS Builds.- Perform Root cause Analysis and Remediate Compliance Issues - (COB/PROD) - Low/Medium Critical, High Critical and complex environment- Design COB architecture and implementation and Document and maintain COB test procedures.- Post Build Task as:- Change the DB category in CDBI- Verify Aperture information for Support Group details- Verify DB settings for HA/failover- Verify DB version and install standard packages.- Verify DB Security- Verify the Roles- Verify accounts- Configure/verify the DB Backups- Install required software's/business request.- Verify the SQL guard.- Verify DB/servers performance.**Knowledge/Experience**:- Between 5 or more years of experience on Oracle / MS SQL Server- Between 3 or more years of experience on Unix Operating systems (RHEL).**Qualifications**:Qualifications include, but are not limited to:- 5 years as DBA- Degree on Systems / Informatics / Computer Science or similar is desirable.- Experience is important, it is required to have between 5 or more years of experience in the IT area.- English communications, written and spoken, intermediate level is desirable.- Standard MS Office tools.- **Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Infrastructure- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
