This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional project managers and estimators. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of organizational skills but also be flexible and a strategic thinker, able to take on a variety of tasks.Job Responsibilities- Create tickets and the list of equipment to be disposed of.- Manage existing and current inventory EOL to ITAD- Order material and help the M&A team check all the needs in the offices.- Coordinate purchasing and tech dispatches with our vendors.- Coordinate the installation with SHI or Converge and check configuration and functionality on the dashboard.- Coordinate with SHI tech dispatch to IMAC and M&A Projects.- Check for live printers and gather IP, admin credentials, POC, general device information, IP, SN, and MAC address.Required Qualifications- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.- Experience as an Infrastructure, Service desk or IT management assistant.- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Strong project management skills.- Able to meet deadlines while being detail oriented.- Exceptional customer service skills to support and solve our client's questions and requests.- Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills and qualities.- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports.Physical and Mental Job Qualifications- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Some of the Benefits We Have IncludeJ.S.
