Join us and let's get started.**Job Description**:AECOM México busca para un proyecto Ferroviario en MonterreyContract Administration ManagerSus principales funciones serán:- Supervisa la administración y comunicación de todos los elementos de los términos y condiciones contractuales desde la etapa de propuesta hasta el cierre del contrato y la auditoría.- Directamente y a través de subordinados, asiste a todos los departamentos en el desarrollo de contratos dentro de las políticas de la empresa.- Analiza y prepara estimaciones, propuestas y cronogramas de entrega.- Prepara matrices de resumen de contrato para facilitar el seguimiento del cumplimiento.Dirige a uno o más subordinados con las estimaciones y revisiones de costos de construcción.- Maneja un equipo de administradores de contratos.Deseable Bilingüe Español - Inglés. o Nível de Inglés AvanzadoConocimiento en gestión de riesgos en proyectos de construcción urbana pesada.
