WISTRON MEXICOHAS A GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU AS:QUALITY ENGINEER (2ND Shift)RequirementsBachelor Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related fields.Advanced English level.2 Years of experience in the area of Electronics (Preferable)Main responsibilities:Oversee the quality control stages in the production line in all defined stages to measure the quality FPY.Ensure that each step of the manufacturing process adheres to quality standards and customer requirements.Work closely with QC inspectors who inspect the manufactured products and promote that QC inspectors role is defined to ensure that the products meet the required quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans for addressing all manufacturing defects to improve the quality level in the plant.Analyze data and conduct team meetings to find solutions to eliminate or mitigate issues arising from the manufacturing process.Track quality yield rate by identifying trends and taking corrective actions to improve it across the manufacturing plant.Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the company when a customer complaint arrives at the plant and respond back within the estimated time for the customer.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, efficiency, and productivity and work to achieve the defined goals.Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product designs are compatible with the manufacturing process.Participate in the development and implementation of quality systems.SkillsTechnical Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of relevant technical areas such as electrical or mechanical engineering, CAD software, regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes.Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:Estacionamiento de la empresaSeguro de gastos médicos mayoresSeguro de vidaServicio de comedor con descuentoVales de despensaTipo de jornada:DiurnoLunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
