Directs and supervises a team of engineers and scientists dedicated to the development of color formulations. This involves providing guidance, motivation and support to ensure the team achieves its goals.

One of the main responsibilities is to lead the development and optimization of color formulations for cosmetic products.

Supervise research into new technologies, ingredients and processes that can improve the quality, durability, safety and performance of color formulations. This may include exploring new pigments, dispersing agents, stabilizers and other innovative additives.

Plan and execute color formulation development projects, establishing deadlines, allocating resources and monitoring team progress to ensure objectives are met within established time and budget.

Maintain detailed records of development processes, testing and results obtained, as well as ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.
