**Descripción del empleo**
Coordinate and administrate all health, safety and environmental programs in Robert Bosch México site based on Bosch and Mexican regulations to ensure an effective achievement of all related key performance indicators.
- Check periodically the legal compliance to avoid deviations with the authorities.
- Organize and deploy the emergency response to ensure the business continuity in case of emergency.
- Elaborate and sustain the compliance with AUTOGESTION, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18000 ISO 5001 management systems.
- Develop and organize HSE programs and initiatives to improve site(s) performance, including periodical audits.
- Develop and coordinate EHS trainings and guidance to all associates of the location(s).
- Improve the efficiency in the environmental and Occupational safety goals.
- MAE release process to all plant equipment and machine

**Requisitos** EDUCATION**:

- ** Minimum education level**: Bachelor's degree / Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering / environmental, health and safety engineering or similar.
- ** Post graduate degree**:Environmental, health and safety masters, certified or specialist in the topic.
- ** English Level**: Intermediate.
