_**Industrial Engineer**_- **Bilingual**_**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university- Demonstrated ability leading multiple projects simultaneously- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook- Experience with AutoCAD and Solid Works preferred- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments- Strong presentation skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Project management experience while working in a cross-functional team- Experience in launching new products successfully into production- Experience in quality management, manufacturing engineering and/or product engineering**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Work with Dublin, GA and Juarez, MX teams to successfully facilitate pilot runs.- Works with purchasing to facilitate the ordering and receipt of raw materials needed for all pilot runs.- Assist with training, implementing, and deploying newly launched product collections.- Hit production ready timeline for new stationary and motion collections.- Helps to establish proper operations sequences to determine the most efficient production workflow.- Assist in the implementation and validation of new and existing processes.- Facilitates value engineering and cost savings initiatives.- Generate work process related to setup/processing/manufacturing flow; including the maintenance of work instructions, bill of materials, and change notices.- Works with manufacturing leadership to understand and optimize production processes and layouts.- Performs investigations for issues affecting Quality and responds quickly to Customer Quality concerns.- Travel within our manufacturing facilities.- Performs other duties as assigned.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu porcentaje de inglés?- ¿Cuentas con VISA vigente?Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)
