Descripción del empleo The cleanliness engineer is responsible to identify the remaining particles of raw materials, manufacturing processes, handling processes, machines, packaging and workers (clothes, hair, etc.)
that can affect the product performance.
The cleanliness engineer performs cleanliness audits in production lines; besides he/she must monitor the particles measurement results in the product to comply with the standards specifications as well as the client requirements.
The cleanliness engineer will report all deviations to the value stream responsible and quality area to perform corrective actions and he/she will follow the action plan to ensure the corrective actions are done; In addition to this, the creation of a set of comprehensive KPI´s needs to be done, to ensure proper measurement of cleanliness status in the site.
