Deployed Sector strategy focused on costs, benefits, and results. Validate with sector leadership regarding global alignments.Own project timeline for MES & PdM Online to give visibility to Sr. Management in LATAM sector. Key point of contact for information requested.Support DVC program management and implementation following the main initiatives of the program:Smart Equipment: Breakthrough technology and machine intelligence enable fully automated operations that reduce variability, eliminate waste, and minimize human intervention.Digital Quality & Utilities: Guarantee end-to-end connectivity from OT equipment to IT layout to extract real-time information, enabling next-gen capabilities and auto controls projects.Control Tower: Transform line operations from multiple operators/line to centralized control or remote management. Supply chain visibility integrates decision-making.Develop and execute sector/global strategies to manage the manufacturing control and information systems (C&IS - hardware, software, and network) within Operations, driving operating efficiencies and standards. Manage all aspects of the interface between Operations and the business service functions (I.T., R&D, Engineering, MOS/Tech Services) with respect to the manufacturing control and information systems, ensuring all service levels are met and project benefits realized.Responsible for OT project deployments, improving plant's control systems installed to drive productivity and line efficiencies.Provide technical leadership across all levels within Operations. Work with Technical Services and IT Managers and have frequent interaction with Operations Managers and Site Leadership teams
