.As a Process Engineer, you will improve production processes to minimize losses, enhance yield, uptime, and efficiency rates. You will use the scientific method and design of experiments approach to identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will have a commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, quality, productivity and cost.ResponsibilitiesDevelop improvement plans by presenting data and recommendations to justify and implement capital projects to improve processes and equipment.Support projects and the plant's future state roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement.Collaborate and partner with operations and maintenance to improve equipment availability.Apply engineering principles for seamless new product introductions to manufacturing by supporting scale-up activities, departmental work, and process improvements.Implement and improve production processes to eliminate production losses (yield, productivity, downtime) through troubleshooting problems with manufacturing processes, strategic analysis, and implementation of improvement measures.Conduct and implement RCA efforts to identify solutions, including process analytical technologies to implement process control.Develop and review departmental procedures to ensure all process improvements are documented to follow and maintain safety and quality.QualificationsB.S.
