Become part of our team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryMain TasksIs responsible for all manufacturing aspects of a new program/product:Participate in the elaboration of quotation of a new line/product.Review the design of the new product and validate drawings and specifications feasibility.Review production volumes and capacity (availability/needed) of all the lines/machines involved.Define manufacturability and investment requirements in terms of head count, process, tooling and machinery.Preparation and presentation of all CAPEX information requested/needed.Active participation in internal/external meetings with the project team, PM, PQE, PMP, etc.Prepare and validate the documentation related to the industrialization of the product, work instructions, P-FMEA, parameters, etc.Coordinate the construction and release for new equipment/machinery/tooling.Generate the requirement of direct and indirect personnel for new production lines.Provide and/or coordinate training in relation to the new processes related to new launches.Ensure quality and cost of the product in all the phases of the program.Follow up of the program launch after SOP + 6 months to support production engineers with the Ramp-up.Keep the continuous improvement culture in all the stages of the program.Ensure the accomplishment of the Quality and Environment Management systems KPI's.Collaborate with the sustainability of the quality management and environmental systems.Prepare and deploy the applicable procedures.Active participation in the technical knowledge meetings from the corporate (LEAD TEAM).Attend the meetings convened by the group, participate actively in the exchange of significant technical information, share information useful to the production processes within the plant developed by other sites of the Mann Hummel group.Generate & share the LL derived from the program and ensure P-FMEA updates accordingly.Your ProfileScholarship level: Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering degreeExperience: 5 years as manufacturing/Project engineer, new programs APQP. Assembly of new production lines. 3 years in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.Competencies: Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Special customer requirements, Ergonomy, ISO 14001 / IATF 16949, Analysis tool (PDCA, ISHIKAWA), Hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic and automation knowledge, Process of Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) / PPAP, Knowledge in feasibility analysis of manufactures of products (3D models, 2D drawings, dimensional reports), Creation of routes and material master on SAP, Quality Management System (MMS) and Environment, Continuous Improvement Guidelines
