Manufacturing EngineerThe Manufacturing Engineer must have process development, process engineering, quality management, value engineering, project management, and 5-7 years of experience in a factory working on similar materials and equipment. This role requires a hands-on worker with high accountability, administrative rigor, and deep experience with manufacturing systems, processes, and documentation. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards is essential, along with strong communication and people management capabilities.Main Goals:Ensure our production line, systems, and products are built to specification, with optimized labor hours and material costs.Value engineering sustaining products and engineering new products to fit into the production line.Responsibilities:Drive efficiency, quality, and timeline improvements by optimizing existing processes and/or creating new manufacturing processes.Study production and equipment requirements to ensure capability to meet product design.Develop work processes, training for new processes, visual aids, and perform those trainings.Organize and manage manufacturing workflows, resources, and present data clearly to all levels of the organization.Work calmly and effectively to resolve real-time manufacturing issues and avoid delays in production.Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.Train staff in new and existing processes.Collaborate with other engineers to solve production, quality, and sourcing issues.Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.Upgrade systems and processes with new technology and new designs.Requirements and Skills:5-7 years of previous experience as a manufacturing engineer, process engineer, or similar role.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and/or residential building & construction methods.Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations.Well-versed in relevant software (e.G., CAD, MS Office, PLM, Revit, BIM).Project management skills.Problem-solving ability.Teamwork skills.Degree in Engineering; post-graduate degree isa plus.Experience in light gauge steel construction is a plus.Open Vacancies: 1Shift: L-V: 7:00 - 17:00City: MexicaliLanguages: English (80%)Visa: RequiredSentri: Required#J-18808-Ljbffr
