Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent Responsibilities:Is the "Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent" within his perimeter.Responsible for the Productivity action plan in his perimeter (define, implement).Implement adaptations on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving industrial performance in manual processes, automatic processes & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implement Lean/6 Sigma tools.Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.Manage the capacities vs workload balance with dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge) in internal and external lines.Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.Write operator work instructions for training.Contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible).Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.Qualify means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' locations.Pilot new productions ramp-up.Qualifications:2+ years' practical experience in a Method Engineering role or equivalent.Knowledge and experience with business software related to capacity planning such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), open to learning every day.Result-oriented, analytical way of working with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills.Lean and agile mindset.Good communication and collaboration skills (at all levels).#J-18808-Ljbffr
