Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent
- Responsible for the Productivity action plan within the designated perimeter (define, implement).
- Implement adaptations on processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products by improving industrial performance in manual processes, automatic processes, and PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.
- Involved in the specifications and quotations of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety, Quality, Lead Times, and productivity requirements.
- Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implement Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Participate in the SIM2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers.
- Manage the capacities vs workload balance with dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge, etc.) in internal and external lines.
- Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
- Write operator work instructions for training.
- Contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible).
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualify means and processes, both in-plant and at suppliers' locations.
- Pilot new productions ramp-up.Minimum Requirements:2+ years' practical experience in a Method Engineering role or equivalent.Knowledge and experience with business software related to capacity planning such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), and eager to learn every day.Result-oriented with an analytical way of working, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.Lean and agile mindset.Good communication and collaboration skills at all levels.Negotiation skills.Travel availability (Visa & passport).#J-18808-Ljbffr
