About the role This position is for a seasoned professional in Manufacturing Operations, who works independently, monitors manufacturing operations by analyzing cell performance and productivity, and coordinates scheduling activities and sequencing of work across operations disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead kaizen workshops focused to meet or exceed company metrics, eliminating all non-value-added activities.Promote a lean culture.Review and document quality-related items to ensure that established quality standards are met.Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of facilities.Coordinate sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.Leverage analysis on cell performance and productivity to maximize productivity.Requirements We are looking for team players. As a minimum, you must have:
