Bosch Rexroth embedded Controllers, embedded Terminal, industrial PCs.PLC programming of complex testing devices for e.G. pressure control, sensors, motors, motion systems, robotics and process control.Support on Specification, validation, and release of new production equipment Manufacturing Execution System (MES), standard programming according to Central directives defined by CoC on PLC side.PLC software programming if needed and commissioning for new MAE.Responsible to guarantee high availability for PLC systems.Analyze MES, mechanics or electronics issues related PLC system to identify root cause and provide accurate solutions.Ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles (PLC central directives), customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.PLC system changes documentation.Technical support for new MAE release from external supplier.Train and instruct junior colleagues in regards PLC systems.Participate in the creation/update of PFMEA for new projects and process changes related to PLC systems.Help troubleshoot manufacturing equipment PLC data to/from MES and general peripheric issues.Share troubleshooting and/or implementation Lesson learned with Business Division.Ensure all PLC's backups are saved and documented (Process audits for backups).1. Implement New Product / New ProcessesGet involved on the process to: Define, Acquire, Transfer, Accept, Validate, Release and install production process and equipment according to Bosch standards.Fulfill APQP planning: EWAK runs, Pre-PV's PV, and SOPParticipate actively with PJM (project planning) on projects and new releases.Participate with Lead Plant / Development, on manufacturing process definition, product handling, cycle time, hardware design etc.Requisitos3 or more years of experience.Proficient in communication and team relationship.Strong abilities to work and take quick decisions.Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting and/or problem-solving techniques.High knowledge in traceability systems.High knowledge in diverse PLC systems administration.High knowledge of PLC programming with SFC/ST/ladder language.High knowledge of related machine design standards e.G. safety design principle.Availability to travel and no legal restrictions to obtain Mexican Passport & Visa.Experience in the automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing Industry.Know and apply escalation system.Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering or Computer Science
