Justification of new machine and dies and management of existing ones.
Support new product introduction A Day In The Life Identify, prioritize, and execute projects that increase productivity, quality, and reduce production costs.
Design and improve tools in manufacturing processes.
Quantification and improvement of the capacity of manufacturing processes.
Establishment of methods and procedures in production areas and their documentation in process sheets.
Quick attention and problem solving of production areas.
Communicate with U.S. affiliates when necessary for support and information necessary to solve problems in production areas.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Indispensable) Master's degree in Engineering or Management (Desirable) Knowledge in Process Setup of Metal bending, stamping, cutting, crimping & forming Knowledge of Failure Analysis.
Basic/Intermediate Knowledge of die design and machining Ability to develop, define and document processes (parameter sheets, visual aids, standard work, setup and maintenance routines) Intermediate skill in the use of Solidworks, Autocad design software Knowledge of process validation Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting GD&T drawings Ability to interact with multidisciplinary work teams Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Using 8D systematic tools, Kepner Tregoe, Six Sigma, Shainin or similar.
Responsible and with a positive approach.
