Job Responsibilities:Design procedures, instructions, and training material for TPM.Responsible for reaching technical availability, cycle time, and defect cost targets for equipment under supervision.Ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards, and process specifications.Train and instruct production and technical personnel.Support according to the VS shift model.Implement New Product / New Processes.Get involved in the process to define, acquire, transfer, accept, validate, release, and install production processes and equipment according to Bosch standards. Participate actively with PJM (project planning) on projects and new releases.Participate with Lead Plant / Development on manufacturing process definition, product handling, cycle time, hardware design, etc.Qualifications:3 or more years of experience in Mechanical systems (Press Fit, Screwing, Coating or Dispensing, Plasma, Laser Cleaning & Leak testing).Proficient in communication and team relationships.Strong abilities to work and make quick decisions.Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and/or problem-solving techniques.High knowledge in Kistler, Rexroth, Furness, Plasma treatments, Musashi, Atlas Copco, and others.High knowledge of 3D design reviews and changeovers.High knowledge of related machine design standards, e.G., safety design principles.Availability to travel and no legal restrictions to obtain a Mexican Passport & Visa.Experience in the automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing industry.Knowledge of and ability to apply the escalation system.Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering).#J-18808-Ljbffr
