Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, TechnicalDown time, CPH tracking and improving, Pick Up Reject tracking and improving, Pick andPlace machine balancing.New product introduction, equipment and process definition base on Bosch standard.New equipment validation, installation on production environment.QualificationsEngineering of Mechatronic, Electronic, IT System or Electromechanical.More than 3 years' experience in the area of SMT (Technology and Process).Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.Statistical analysis knowledge (Minitab).Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in aglobal environment.Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.Experience in operation, programming, and maintenance of pick and placemachines.Basic and Advance training on programming pick and place machines.Advance training on vision systems for pick and place machines.Experience in SMT line balancing.Experience with pick and place calibration tools.Experience with new product introduction in pick and place processes.Experience with traceability scanner setup.Experience with PCBA traceability systems.Trained and certified on IPC 610 standard.Proficiency with PC software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ProjectManagement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills required.Additional Information#J-18808-Ljbffr
