Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, Technical Down time, SPP -FPY, Stencil printing implementation and validation, new product introduction, equipment and process definition based on Bosch standard.New equipment validation, installation on production environment.Qualifications
- More than 3 years' experience in the area of SMT (Technology and Process).
- Analytical skills for problem-solving techniques.
- Statistical analysis knowledge (Minitab).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.
- Experience in programming and maintenance of solder paste printing machines.
- Solder paste printing process certification.
- Experience with solder paste stencil design.
- Experience with solder paste PCBA support systems.
- Experience with new solder paste material implementation.
- Experience with traceability scanner setup.
- Experience with PCBA traceability system.
- Training and certification on IPC 610 standard.
- Training and certification on IPC 7525 stencil design.
- Proficiency with PC software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills required.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
