Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the manufacturing process, ensuring technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfill Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Downtime.Involved in new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation in the production environment. Develop processes and instructions, write materials to train technicians, and establish maintenance processes: preventive, predictive, and corrective.Minimum Requirements:3 or more years of experience in THT Automated systems and Mechanical Systems.Proficient in communication and team relationships.Strong ability to work independently and make quick decisions.Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and/or problem-solving techniques.High knowledge of Panasonic THT; knowledge of Kistler and Rexroth screwing is desirable.High knowledge of 3D design reviews for complex mechanical systems.High knowledge of THT mounting technology/processes.High knowledge of related machine design standards, e.G., safety design principles.Availability to travel and no legal restrictions to obtain a Mexican Passport & Visa.Experience in automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing industry.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic or Automation Engineering).#J-18808-Ljbffr
