World leading manufacturer of high quality injection molding machines for plastics processing is looking for a Digitalization Engineer.You will have the following experience:
Good communication skills with diverse audiences strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Owns, creates and maintains system-level Solution Design documentation and seeks relevant sign-offAdvanced knowledge about MES-systems as well as general production-planning and monitoring related topics.Experiences in working together with an interdisciplinary international team of IT and software specialists.Typical responsibilities:
Manage the IT support to ensure staff receive high quality support by resolving all first line issues.Maintain the asset register and other IT records as required.Provision and maintain all hardware for new starters and existing colleagues, including covering IT in new starter induction.Provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues across our three offices.Assist the IT team in managing the LAN and WAN infrastructure.Assisting with new and existing IT projects.Assisting with Office moves, setting up workstations and other general duties related to IT support.Assist the sales team in presenting andexplaining the capabilities of our MES solution (ALS) to (potential) customers.Execute commissioning of ALS systems and perform trainings for ALS on site at the customerProvide the local support for ALS customers, particularly in regard to the support for ALScustomers with software service contracts.The role will include occasional out of hours and weekend working with prior notice.RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience:
