- Responsible to follow implementation of DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requestedfor VS.
- Responsible for supporting quality / customer audits.
- Responsible for supporting fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release, andimplementation on production process.
- Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.
- Eliminate non-value added activities.
- Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and newrequirements and communicate them to MFP group.Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training forengineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings and actions in a systematicway.
- Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record allproblems relating to the electromechanical system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the non-conformance until it has been resolved.QualificationsAbility to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning andimprovement.
- Requires 3+ years in robotics system technology:Staubli TS60, TS80, TX60 (VAL3)CS8, CS9Universal Robots UR3e (PolyScope, Workbench)CB3
- Requires 3+ years in servo control system:Rexroth Lineal axis CKK / CKR (IndraWorks DS)Weiss Linear axes, rotary indexing tables (EF3, TS005)
- Deep knowledge about automation process.
- Knowledge in mechanical systems.
- Experience assembling small components.
- Knowledge in the field of precision engineering/assembly technology or electronics.
- Interpretation of technical drawings.
- Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).
- Design CAD: SolidWorks, or other mechanical design SW.
- Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical.
