Our site, Albéa Matamoros is North America's Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss and Lipstick Packaging.ScopeWithin the product realization process, responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of injection and/or blow molding machines and/or decorators and assemblers, supervising a group of technicians and mechanics.Main activitiesExecute necessary actions to achieve the efficiency of injection and/or blow molding and/or assembly and decorating equipment according to company objectives.Receive and act on instructions to maintain measurable metrics in the area such as scrap, daily production, etc.Receive and act on instructions to reduce downtime in the area due to machine or equipment failures and model changes.Receive and act on instructions for the development and/or modification of equipment for new products.Participate in continuous improvement projects as required.Ensure that safety devices on machines are maintained in operation.Perform other tasks and functions as assigned.Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness within their work area.Accountability including KPIsMeet established goals.Report conditions that prevent them from performing their work immediately.Comply with the internal work regulations and internal plant rules.Embodies values of responsibility, goal focus, priority execution, results orientation, effective listening and communication, collaboration, decision-making, inspiration for renewal, and living a balanced life.Profile (Experience & qualifications)Minimum requirements:Electromechanical Engineer or related field.At least one year of experience.English for oral and written communication and manual interpretation.Basic knowledge of:HydraulicsPneumaticsPLC programmingElectrical controlElectric motorsMachines and toolsKnowledge for purchasing spare partsEquipment programming using tools and software.Desirable:Statistical controlOffice managementSix SigmaLean manufacturingISO 9001:2015ISO 14001:2015ISO 45001:2018#J-18808-Ljbffr
