Recognized as a top area employer, you can build your dream career at Therma-Tru in our engaged, performance-driven culture.**Job Description**:We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Molding Maintenance Supervisor who will provide direction to the technical staff and supervision, besides provide technical leadership to ensure that Molding processes have the capability and reliability to meet performance requirements to enable the department to achieve its targets.- Analyze the equipment's of molding areas.- Manage the Injection Molding Machine is working and fails.- Coordinate the maintenance program & purchase of spare parts for all molding and peripheral services equipment- Plan preventive maintenance programs.- Collaborates with the production manager to schedule maintenance activities.- The position takes decisions to the correct performance and improvements for: Molding Machines, Processes and Peripherical Equipment.- Oversees maintenance of plastic injection molding.- Coordinate Continuous Improvement projects. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance (CAPEX)**Qualifications**:- Engineering Degree (Mechanic, Industrial, Electric or Mechatronic)- 5+ years of experience in similar position in charge of maintenance of molding machines- English: Intermediate/advanced- Layout interpretation and electric, hydraulic and mechanic drawings background.- Solid understanding of technical aspects (electric, mechanic, pneumatic and hydraulic elements)- Proven experience in maintenance with the ability to teach and motivate staff.- Organizational and leadership abilitiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
