Injection Molding Maintenance, Supervisor

Job Description

We are lookir an experienced, hands-on Molding Maintenance Supervisor who will provide direction to the technical staff and supervision, besides provide technical leadership to ensure that Molding processes have the capability and reliability to meet performance requirements to enable the department to achieve its targets.
Analyze the equipment's of molding areas.
Manage the Injection Molding Machine is working ails.
Coordinate the maintenance program & purchase of spare parr all molding and peripheral services equipment Plan preventive maintenance programs.
Collaborates with the production manager to schedule maintenance activities.
The position takes decisions tothe correct performance and improvemenr:
Molding Machines, Processes and Peripherical Equipment.
Oversees maintenance of plastic injection molding.
Coordinate Continuous Improvement projects.
Monitor expenses and control the budgr maintenance (CAPEX)

**Qualifications**:
Engineering Degree (Mechanic, Industrial, Electric or Mechatronic) 5 years of Importante empresa in similar position in charge of maintenance of molding machines English:
Intermediate/advanced Layout interpretation and electric, hydraulic and mechanic drawings background.
Solid understanding of technical aspects (electric, mechanic, pneumatic and hydraulic elements) Proven Importante empresa in maintenance with the ability to teach and motivate staff.
