Projects that you could potentially work on are the following:Direct Air Carbon CapturePower-to-heat - Large Scale Industrial Electric Heaters and Heat PumpsWaste Heat RecoveryIndustrial Process Integration and OptimizationFuel CellsCBSI - Digital TwinsIn addition to working on transformation technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on Core Business activities such as technical issues, NCC avoidance, and cost cutting technology development for manufacturing, service, and repair.**Your Profile**Innovation Management and innovation projects managementCustomer relationship - interface/interactionUniversities and research institutions partnership managementVenture Capital and Venture buildingIntellectual Property management knowledge (to be able to address the regional IP topics with the IP central team)SE Internal knowledges - Knowledge about SE portfolio and Disruptive Technologies (Field of Action).Coordination and networking skills.Market analysis and strategy**Your Responsibilities**Contribute with the Innovation Center's goals by deploying Siemens Energy's Innovation strategy in the LATAM region.Manage regional innovation by coordinating and engaging the business areas leadership and community in LATAM innovation approach to achieve the Innovation Center goals while adding value to the business, combining the innovation center and regional capabilities.Identify and develop regional relevant energy transition and decarbonization innovations that will strengthen our relevance to regional customers, support the implementation strategic innovations for the regional business and develop new scalable businesses as well as deploying and contributing to the development and adoption of global innovation Fields of Action technologies and businesses through the Region.Establish partnerships with regional actors such as customers, suppliers, universities, research institutions, government, financing institutions, innovation hubs, startups, etc... to deploy the innovation strategy in LATAM attracting public and private funds and resources, accelerating innovation validation and adoption, and sharing risks.**About Siemens Energy**At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
