**Joining Our Team**When you join the Presales Technical Consultant (TC) team at HP, you'll be working closely with other Technical Consultants and the Sales Account Managers to help HP customers understand the value of HP Personal Systems hardware, services and solutions, while removing technical barriers to the selling process. This is a fast paced, highly collaborative environment with team members who push hard toward a common goal.**What You'll Be Doing**As an Inside Presales Technical Consultant, you will work directly with Field Technical Consultants and Sales representatives to help them remotely to position technical solutions to our customers' business challenges with the best HP hardware, software, and solutions that meets their requirements. Main focus for this position is in Personal Systems products, services and solutions.**What We're Looking For**Advanced English is desired.We are looking for motivated individuals who can balance customer engagement with constant technical skill development. A successful Inside Presales TC is expected to have or have a plan to develop deep knowledge of HP hardware and solutions.**Responsibilities**- Answering technical queries from Field and Inside Sales Reps- Support to respond to Customers' tender/BID/RFP/RFIs- Create customer configurations and Customer proposals- Competitive information and comparisons- Proactively provide relevant technical information for the field- Remote Customers Pre-Sales technical issue resolution (through Sales/Local TCs)- Manage Customer Post-sales case referral to post sales organization- Run Performance Benchmarks- Back-up support to Field TCs
