.Job DescriptionSegment: Enterprise, Midmarket, Commercial; Responsible for uncovering and closing$12K opportunities to field AEs.**Responsibilities**- Proactively engage Zendesk prospects in an effort to generate demand.- Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive pipeline and bookings.- Become an expert on Zendesk products- Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions- Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: outbound activities, conversion rates, generated bookings, generated pipe-generation.**Required**- Excellent written communication skills in English- Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk's global market- 1+ years of sales and business prospection experience; software/SaaS experience preferred- Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a taskZendesk is not your average tech company.
