Our Tactical Transaction team ISAE's are at the forefront of our customer experience new customers of Zendesk. In the role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer. You will do this by providing several touch points across the customer journey to help them have an informed buying decision. Ideal candidates joining our team will bring a consistent track record in achieving targets; Software/SaaS experience is a plus.
