Inside Sales Agent

**We are an advertising company based in Texas that offers advertisement spaces in supermarket chains nationwide.
We target B2B, local businesses to sign up to our programs.
Looking for "sharks" at sales.
Your job will be to make outbound cold calls to potential clients getting past the "gatekeepers", create rapport and ultimately close deals and make sales.
Must be comfortable being on the phone for most part of the day.
Being and staying self-motivated is highly important for this type of role.
Must have "thick skin" for rejection.
Also, having good time management skills and a positive mindset are crucial to be successful.

This role has high expectations and requires you to have prior experience, speak exceptionally strong English, and be able to close deals.

**Hours and Schedule**:
**Full time, Monday - Friday 9-5pm CST time zone.

**2-4 weeks paid training.

**This role offers base salary (weekly payments) + monthly commissions.
