.Inside Sales and Sales OperationsLocation: Tlalnepantla, MexicoAlleima USA LLC is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Tlalnepantla, Mexico.Your RoleThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, responding to customer inquiries of varying complexity, developing offers, and entering and maintaining orders.This role handles RFQs for ODS business and for the regional business through the Mexican sales HUB. This position is a link between the customer branches and the Alleima production facilities, ensuring that production capabilities and product availability are aligned with customer demand. The Inside Sales Representative strategically prioritizes and handles incoming RFQs to maximize order awards. To ensure the highest quality customer service, the Inside Sales Representative works closely with the Sales Coordinator, Sales Engineer, and Sales Manager.ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming inquiries, develop and provide offers, and enter customer orders.Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery and notify customers of any changes.Ensure product availability is in line with customer expectations. Monitor stock levels and open capacity at PU global system according to regional needs.Liase with production units, supply chain group, and QA to meet product and order requirements.Have a full understanding of customer specifications and product requirements.Occasionally visit with key customers to develop business relationships, offer commercial support, and secure market intelligence.Maintain customer and project records in Dynamics, collecting and documenting competitor price and delivery information.Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through calls, emails, and other pertinent channels to support business growth in the region.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development with proven success.Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade, economics, or other relevant fields is preferred.Strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset with a strong customer focus.Highly motivated to provide deliverables on time and able to establish priorities when multiple deliverables coincide.Ability to understand and apply technical requirements and specifications of moderate complexity.What You Can Expect from UsAlleima USA LLC offers a comprehensive total compensation package, including a competitive benefits package of life, health, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
